After a two month investigation, one man has been arrested and charges are pending against another in a string of veterinary office burglaries in three states.  Timothy Gayton Ross, 43, was arrested early Saturday morning after Knox County deputies say he burglarized the Clinton Highway Veterinary Clinic around 3:30 a.m. He was under surveillance and when he was pulled over by officers on I-640, he had $24,000 worth of pet medications in his car.
