Sponsored by the Tennessee Medical Foundation (TMF) and the Tennessee Pharmacy Recovery Network (TPRN), this virtual, hour-long event combines real human experience with clinical data to reframe Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) as chronic, highly treatable medical conditions. This year’s lunchtime session focuses directly on opioid addiction, recovery, and abatement, blending a powerful first-hand recovery story with actionable clinical data.

Professor of Veterinary Cardiology at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and past president of the ACVIM Specialty of Cardiology.
Dr. Abbott will present on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
