TVMA is kicking off a new feature in Tidbits and social media – our Member Spotlight! If you would like to be highlighted, please email Elizabeth Howe at Varallo Public Relations (elizabeth@varallopr.com) or call 615.367.5200, ext. 10. We have a brief questionnaire for you to complete by email or ‘phone interview’ (and we’d love to use a photo of you, too!) In exchange for your time, you and your practice will be introduced to all of TVMA’s membership, in addition to all our followers on social media.
A second way to be highlighted on social media is to tell us about any community project you’re working on, or any special event you might be hosting at your clinic – from discounted rabies vaccinations to dental health month specials.
Finally, we are constantly working on stories for the media. We had good response on our letter to the editor for Dental Health Month, and the Times Free Press did a wonderful feature story on Dr. Randy Hammon as TVMA’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner. If you have an idea for a story or would like to write a blog, let us know or reach out to Elizabeth. Many times, she can ‘ghostwrite’ an article from your story outline or a short phone interview.
